t was back January that an interesting opportunity came The Creative Works way… an opportunity to participate in the DCU Business School Practicum Process 2017. We made our application which was accepted and we were assigned a team of four DCU students Kevin O’Dowd, Claire Crumlish, Saoirse Allen and Alison Morgan.
The task… to understand our business challenges and develop a Digital Marketing Plan that would increase traffic to our website and add to sales and conversions. It’s a comprise where the students get to work on a real business and receive our support and knowledge and in return we have four students review and develop a Digital Marketing Plan for the future.
It was a six month process of interviews, information gathering and real email marketing campaigns and google adwords initiatives which delivered exciting results in a short period.
On August 8th, the team presented their findings to us and the DCU Business School which were comprehensive and importantly gave us real actions to achieve our goals.
We wish them well in their future careers in a very exciting area to be in.
